I am excited to join Trizzino Tennis Academy and bring both my playing and coaching experience to the program. My tennis journey began as a junior player and led me to compete collegiately for four years at Christopher Newport University, where I was fortunate to be part of the first women’s tennis team in program history to win a conference championship and qualify for the NCAA Tournament in 2024—an accomplishment that remains one of the highlights of my playing career.
After graduating, I transitioned into coaching as the Head Assistant Coach for Women’s Tennis at Christopher Newport University. While pursuing my master’s degree, I have spent the past two years helping lead the program and am excited to continue in that role for a third season. During that time, I’ve helped coach two additional conference championship teams, contributing to CNU’s current three-year conference title streak, while also mentoring individual players who have advanced to compete in the NCAA Tournament. Beyond collegiate coaching, I have spent the last eight years working with junior players of all ages and skill levels—from beginners picking up a racquet for the first time to high-level junior and collegiate competitors—and I truly enjoy helping players grow at every stage of development.
As a coach, I believe in developing the complete player—technically, physically, and mentally. Tennis is an incredibly demanding sport, especially from a mental standpoint, and I believe that side of the game deserves just as much attention as the technical and physical aspects. My goal is to help every athlete build confidence, resilience, and a mindset that allows them to perform at their best. Most importantly, I want every player I coach to know that I believe in them. I strive to create an environment that is supportive, honest, and challenging—where players feel encouraged while also being pushed to reach their highest level of passion, performance, and potential.
